What personal data we collect and why
The waiting list
If you sign up for updates, we collect your name and email address. This information is stored with MailerLite and is used only to send you updates about the app and related Confident Selling products. Every email we send includes a clear, easy to use unsubscribe link, so you can opt out at any time, or you can contact us directly to be removed.
Media
If you upload images to this site (for example, through a comment or account), please avoid uploading images that include embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the site are able to download and extract location data from any images published here.
Cookies
If you visit our login page, a temporary cookie is set to check whether your browser accepts cookies. It contains no personal data and is deleted when you close your browser.
When you log in, additional cookies are set to save your login details and screen display preferences. Login cookies last two days, and screen option cookies last one year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. Logging out removes your login cookies.
If you edit or publish content on the site, a further cookie is saved in your browser. It contains no personal data, only the post ID of the content you edited, and expires after one day.
Embedded content from other websites
Pages and posts on this site may include embedded content, for example videos or images from other websites. Embedded content behaves exactly as if you had visited that other website directly.

Waiting list data is held by our mailing list provider, MailerLite. MailerLite may store data outside the UK; where this happens, appropriate safeguards are in place as required under UK data protection law.
